The Prospector's 4x4 Crawl 2025 is an annual event that raises money for to keep ohv trails open. In the past couple years we have raised over $100,000 in our effort to keep public lands open to the public. The Bakersfield Trailblazers are a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that donates the money raised to organizations like Stewards of the Sequoias, Cal4wheel, Friends of Oceano Dunes, CORVA, and others.
This year's event is in memory of Jon Aichele. Jon was a past president of The Bakersfield Trailblazers and was a member of Cal4wheel for about 50 years. He worked hard at keeping trails open and teaching new generations of OHV'ers the ropes on the trails. He was an amazing person and we are proud to memorialize him on this year's logo.
All of the runs stage in the Calico Ghost Town's main parking lot Saturday, March 29th. Please arrive 15-20 minutes before your run leaves. If you are not camping at Calico Ghost Town, THEY MAY CHARGE YOU AN ENTRY FEE.
